EULA

Version 1.0.0 · 22 August 2026

This agreement governs your use of OpenHub applications ("the software"), between you and OpenHub AS (org. no. 937 550 162, Norway). Buying a licence is governed by the Terms of Service; this document is about what the licence lets you do once you have it.

The licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the software on up to the number of machines your plan states, for yourself or for the company that bought it. A one-time purchase grants this right permanently; a subscription grants it for as long as the subscription runs.

What it covers

The application, and everything it downloads in order to work - AI models, voices, avatars and other assets. Those assets are licensed for use inside the application only; they are not yours to extract, redistribute or use elsewhere, whatever form they sit in on disk.

Activation

The software requires your licence key and counts activations against your plan''s limit through our licence server. You can see and free activation slots yourself from your account on openhub.no.

Your content is yours

Everything you create with the software - recordings, exports, projects - belongs to you. It is processed on your machine and never reaches us; the Privacy Notice describes the little that does.

No decompiling

The software is licensed as compiled code. You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer it, and you may not lift the models, voices, avatars or other assets it ships with or downloads out of it for use anywhere else. The narrow exceptions the law itself grants - such as decompiling strictly to make an independent program interoperate, where the needed information is not otherwise available - cannot be signed away and are not; everything beyond them is off limits.

Updates

Your licence covers application versions released within its update window. The application keeps working when the window ends - only newer versions require a renewal - and fixes the law requires, security among them, are provided as the law requires.

Termination

This licence ends if the purchase is refunded or the licence is revoked for fraud, chargeback or breach of this agreement; the key is deactivated. Some things outlast the licence: whatever you made with the software stays yours, and the limits on our liability keep applying to anything that happened while it was in force.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided with the care of a serious vendor, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Your statutory rights as a consumer - including the fault remedies described in the Refund Policy - are never limited by this agreement.

Governing law

Norwegian law governs this agreement. Consumers retain any protection granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.
